    Seyveil is home to seven major nations, each having their own unique Archon, or god, presiding over them. Every nation's Archon has a unique element, ideal, and a governing body. Not everyone with a vision possesses one of their home nation, meaning you could be from the land of ice and still have a pyro vision or vice versa. 

​

    Each land differs in terms of culture, lifestyles, and languages. Read about them below to find a place for you character to call home.

vesta

THE nation OF WIND AND wisdom

Vesta is the nation of wind and wisdom. They are a well established kingdom built into the side of a mountain. Many people who live here are merchants or own business with the city. Despite being a newer nation, they were well protected by their god who made appearances quite often to appoint knights to the Council of Vesta.

​

Their god, Mialdin, is a younger god but in his short reign had made plenty of progress in helping Vesta grow from a small trading hub into a bustling and happy kingdom.

bavaria

THE nation OF fire AND contracts

Bavaria is the nation of fire and contracts. The kingdom is settled in a harsh desert. Many adventurers make the trip out to the scorching city in the summer to witness and take part in the Rise of Fireflies, a cultural event where citizen write contracts with offerings to their god, Verrdahr, in return for good fortune for the coming years. The god sometimes descended when they have something important to announce for the year.

 

Many who aren't used to the climate however have been found dehydrated and alone in the middle of the desert only be to found and rescued by the Chaohr, Bavaria's knights.​

THE nation OF lightning AND war

Anchor 3

Krikar is an almost desolate place. Their are guard standing outside of the nation's gates to make sure no one who is not there for business or is a citizen comes in or out without good reason. Some people who live there despise the lack of freedom, while others appreciate the protection it offers them from Umlos, an undead humanoid creature that lurks around the perimeters of the nations and often attacks at its walls.

​

Zezais, rules over them more like a king then a god. Often taking many shapes, they head a monarchy system where they appoint warriors to their panel called the Kline. However, part of the Kline have began to break apart and form their own organization known as the Regdia, a highly dangerous and powerful criminal force with the goal of overtaking the gods.

sentis

THE nation OF life AND home

Anchor 4

Sentis is a very warm and welcoming nation, and it's meant to be due to their value being home. They are a very friendly people who value their neighbors so much so that they have gotten rid of the currency system all together in favor of trading goods and services. Visitors are given the best treatment while within their walls and any crime is punished by community service rather than fines and imprisonment. 

 

The Unity Conclave serves as the leadership amongst the community and was appointed by the god Teulla who was often amongst the people in various forms but never made themselves known except for in times of celebration and crisis.

THE nation OF water AND eternity

Anchor 5

Leles is the nation of eternity. Filled with towers and waterways, boats are the preferred method of transportation here. The people here tend to become doctors, nuns, and scholars. The citizens are generally friendly though not super into striking up conversations with strangers. Most people from Leles never leave due to the nation being far secluded from the others on an island. There are ships that carry passengers from the mainland over to Leles, but due to the waves, optimal weather for sailing there only comes around once a year. â€‹

​

The god Evmera has created The Nova comprised of seven leaders, all with different visions and take on different tasks. They also are tasked with protecting the nation from trouble.

prisdian

THE nation OF ice AND freedom

Anchor 6

Prisdian is the nation of ice and freedom. Many parts of their land are too cold to stay in for very long without a source of warmth and even the city itself is visited by winter six months out of the year. They have a rich culture and are the longest standing of all the nations and have the oldest god of all. Prisdian is home to many of the best blacksmiths in all of Seyveil. They have many long standing traditions and festivals that everyone young and old come out to see.

​

Shikare is the god who presides over them and once descended twice a year at the beginning of winter and then again at the end to announce his plans and wishes for the nation. The Knights of Prisdian are the faction that take care of and protect the nation.

​

Anchor 7

Cabia is the nation of earth and justice and is the only nation still thriving beneath the earth. For thousands of years Cabia has been expanding through fair wars and diplomatic tactic so all other nations became one with them. Through number they found strength and are the largest of the seven nations. With this, they have been able to make scientific breakthrough such as building artificial suns with crystals to help with growing crops and keeping citizen happy under ground.

 

Nothtyx is their god and they are led by the Avtis, the masked council and their knights.
